Glad to hear yours turned out ok. But unfortunately for me, it wasnt the case. Also getting condensation in one of mine. Leds are are also pretty poor during the day. Totally agree with you that they are way more stylish.

hey ***** i have a 2006 audi a4 sline as well and i wanted to do the same thing you did to yours i would love it if you told me all the parts that i would have to buy to install it in my car, so far i know that you have to get eagle eye r8 lights and the morimoto cambus , what else is needed i couldnt understand the rest. thanks!!

Same they were halogen no problems other than they needed high beam resistors

I bought the same lights but for some reason the inside signal lights are continuously on, as if they are running lights. Would you know how to fix this ?

you have to buy slim digital ballasts they fit in side the housing nicely behind the projector

Thanks for the reply! you cleared loads of questions,would you be able to tell me what type of resistors you used? (6ohm 50W) and is the high beam wire inside the housing (sorry I'm noob at this). I currently already have them installed on the car, do i need to take them out again to find the high beam wire? thanks heaps!

Did you have Adaptive Xenon Projector headlights from the factory or did you have Haolagen headlights? I have Haolagen headlight and i'v been looking in to getting the same ones that you have in the video. Just wondering if there is a difference in the plug, if it will work on mine or no. Thanks.

Big Bear they are plug and play I just added hid bulbs and led bulbs for turn signals

Kasparas when you put xenons in them they are 2x better

yea mine did the same its not the hid its the high beam flap does not have enough resistance to fool your CAN-BUS system i fixed the problem by adding a resistor to each high beam wire.

I cant speak for yours but I have a great beam of light and a razor sharp cutoff on mine no complaint on the projector its self, I say money well spent as the OEM stock hid cost 2-3 times as much as this upgrade with a lot more style than stock.

I'm confused with this whole LED HID thing, I have the exact car as urs 2008 Audi a4 s line with a sports package and I want to change my headlights, but I like the brightness of my current bulbs/headlights but have no idea if they're 1000 H11 35W HID or 8000 sigh either way I'm changing it. are your new head lights 8000 or 1000 also can you post a picture with them on if one's not on the forum thanks alot

Manto Chan eagle eyes- kinda the amber and the strip light at up the same time if you dont put the car in "rest of world" with VAG-COM

I've heard that Dectane version of these lights is total crap and waste of money, what about original ones made by Eagle Eyes?

They were good but goes back to the old saying "You get what you pay for" I wanted to do a retrofit of these with parts from XK Glow (www.xkglow.com/XKGLOW_Sequential_Switchback_Strips_for_Headlight_p/xk043001.htm) and The Retrofit Source( www.theretrofitsource.com/bi-led-morimoto-m-led-headlight-projectors.html ) but it's harder now that I sold the a4 last year. the only thing that did not hold up on these after like 3-4 years was the High beam flap was stuck shut so I could not use the high beams.

Search the Audizine forum with this "DIY-Front-Bumper-Removal". You can't post links in comments. All info on the headlights is in the begining of the video. LED (Light Emittng Diode) is what the daytime running strip is made up of. - multiple LEDs make up this strip. HID, which is an H9 HID bulb, is what sits in the projector housing and projects a beam down the road. Xenon is the gas that's trapped in the bulb. I am not an expert, nor am I a scientist - I've just done a lot of research.

Hi. I have a question. I installed the same lights with a h9 hid kit. Also put in cancellers but whenever I put on full headlights i get "right dipped beam, left dipped beam" error on dashboard? Can please help me?

Take the hids out. Its throwing the resistance reading off. Or you will need to add a resistor or find a way to get the resistance reading within spec.

they did until spring 2016 one of them failed I replaced them with different set of headlights but i have plans for these headlights gonna crack them open and do a full LED projector retro fit with parts for theretrofitsource.com

If your car came with HID Projectors from the factory dont swap them for these just look into cool mods for your oem headlights. OEM is Always better. To answer your question not the same product though.

No problem the resistors are from super bright leds dot com search RL-650 two each light one on the high beam feed one on the turn signal (only if your doing led turn signals if not only one for the high beam) it will be easier if you pull them back off the but I know why the hesitation to do so. but if you have a probe you can find the high beam feed on the factory connector behind the headlight and attach the resistor to there. hope that helps!!!!!!!

Worst light output on these projectors, also used standard globes in there, and the black paint just in front of the projectors started to peel. Dont waste your time and money purchasing these!
