This was my favorite episode in season 3 of Superman TAS. David Warner, Olivia Hussey this time returning as Talia Al Ghul was even better. Ra's Al Ghul wanting Superman's Strength for himself says he just wants to cheat death. Seeing Batman returning to Metropolis to stop Talia and Ra's was great. I loved how Superman took a page out off Batman's playbook with giving Ra's the option of either destroying him or save his daughter. Interesting enough the story continues on in Batman Beyond episode "Out of the Past".

What impresses me most is that despite the fact that he's still only human with no supernatural powers of his own, Batman was still able to bail Superman out of trouble. And I believe he did it more than once. Even in his old age, Bruce was still able to bail Terry McGinnis out of trouble when he got caught up in a situation that he couldn't handle alone due to his youth and inexperience.

My favorite crossover is “World’s Finest”. Superman meeting Batman for the first time was pretty epic. I also can’t wait for the review of “Legacy”. Btw I think you should review Justice League next.

Remember, Tahlia sucked his energy even before his capture, that's why he was weak. The weird thing is that there WAS supposed to be a 4th season featuring Superman trying to win back the trust of the public.

It's been a long time since we see Ra' s which is great to see but won't see again until Batman Beyond. Also, ending the episode a foreshadow to the Justice League which is awesome. And your right this is the second Spiderman reference in Superman makes me wish Bruce Timm should make a Spider-Man cartoon.

I thought the demon reborn was a really good episode and the idea of an old and broken down Ra's Al Ghul wanting Superman's strength for his own was an interesting concept, it made for a refreshing change from the lazurus pits. The only thing I would have changed is I would have made this episode as the series finale for Batman the animated series season 4 during its new adventures run as it felt more like a Batman episode than a Superman episode as all throughout it was mostly him trying to save Superman. Apart from that, I wouldn't change anything about this. The highlight of this episode was seeing Ra's Al Ghul all big and muscly, he reminded me of a crazed and pumped up Broly. Fantastic episode.

With that being said, the episode itself was enjoyable. You get to see Ra's looking decrepit, Batman displaying his Justice League design, and hints to what would later fall for Ra's and Talia.

Oh hey, the last Superman/Batman crossover and something that should've aired a year beforehand. Seriously, TNBA was already dead for several months, and Batman Beyond was on its second season. It feels dated in that respect.
