Yes time is relative. When Lord Jagannath's temple was built by King Indradyumna he went to Brahmaloka to invite Lord Brahma to inaugurate the temple. Time travel is next to impossible... For time travelling one should pass through a speed at least the speed of light, but there is another theory that 'if any object having a speed of light, the object will be transformed into light'. It has a deep meaning that, after transforming into light it can not be revert back to it's previous form practically. You can only travel in future and not in past because space-time is always changing. For example if you are driving on a road, and if distance is your time line and travel events define your time like events, then if you travel backwards on same road, you will notice new travel events, which means you are not travelling in past but travelling in future.

As per views, one can travel to future, just like we watched in Interstellar, go near a black hole and the gravity will reduce the time for you but the people living on earth will have normal time and hence a time dilation will create... but we can never travel to past but can only observed it, like we do nowadays through a telescope.
