A childhood hero. Saw him in Kirkcaldy as a teenager and learned everything I could from him on guitar. In the mid-80s, I put him up after he played at our folk club run by Jim Marshall in Brighton. A genuine and lovely man with a fine voice and an ear for melody. The news of his death has upset me more than I could have imagined. This ageing thing is a bastard.

I do believe I like this better than the original. Something that's rare, very rare, when it comes to Dylan's songs. The atmosphere lends itself beautifully to the mood and intimate tone of the song. Great guitar playing and great phrasing too. Impressive cover.
