Love this sermon so much! As a patrilineal Jew whose grandfather was Jewish from an Ashkenazi Russian/Latvian heritage, I've felt more like an outsider among my peers lately, but I still feel it's important to be proud of my Jewish heritage more than ever.

I Never felt this Esther scroll so alive in my life while I am Still digesting a Belgian family heritage.. I can but stand in awe towards your Jewish identity and testimonial of your values.

I've listened to Rabbi's sagacious sermon more than a handful of times now, and it occurs to me that there is no other response but to reply, Yes. Yes. God Almighty, here is Truth spoken. Now--shall I produce the light, the joy, to to live this truth every day, every moment of my life? ❤

Numbers 24:2,5-8 KJV And Balaam lifted up his eyes, and he saw Israel abiding in his tents according to their tribes; and the spirit of God came upon him. [5] How goodly are thy tents, O Jacob, and thy tabernacles, O Israel! [6] As the valleys are they spread forth, as gardens by the river's side, as the trees of lign aloes which the Lord hath planted, and as cedar trees beside the waters. [7] He shall pour the water out of his buckets, and his seed shall be in many waters, and his king shall be higher than Agag, and his kingdom shall be exalted. [8] God brought him forth out of Egypt; he hath as it were the strength of an unicorn: he shall eat up the nations his enemies, and shall break their bones, and pierce them through with his arrows.
