How do they know that was really Elijah if they don't listen to voices? How can it be proven?

What about the decision to bring along the eruv rav, wasn't that a decision moshe made without consulting with Hashem, that would be 4 things

With all due respect Rabbi, if the sages wouldn't listen to even the voice of Hashem, yet, they listened to Him at Mount Sinai, through what they saw and what they heard, all the miracles, then what will you believe when Elijah announces Moshiach? There's something wrong.

Always like the Rav's shiurim. In this case, it's not necessary to overthink this. Shavuot has nothing to do with matan Torah whether it was given the 6th or 7th. Shavuot is the 50th day after the first barley harvest. That could literally be any day. God never intended for the giving of the 10 Commandments to be commemorated, which is weird, but if God wanted it to be celebrated he would have said so, just like he gave the actual dates of the chagim throughout the Torah. Again, in Parsha Nitzavim, Moshe explains that the Torah is accessible to all, is not across the sea or in the heavens. No need to make simple things complicated, but this is what happens over thousands of years of galut.

They have taken their rabbis and their monks as gods beside Allah, and also (they have taken) MasīH the son of Maryam (as god). And they were not commanded but to worship only One God. There is no god but He. Pure is He from what they associate with Him. Quran 9:31 "I came to the Prophet (ﷺ) while I had a cross of gold around my neck. He said: 'O 'Adi! Remove this idol from yourself!' And I heard him reciting from Surah Bara'ah: They took their rabbis and monks as lords besides Allah (9:31). He said: 'As for them, they did not worship them, but when they made something lawful for them, they considered it lawful, and when they made something unlawful for them, they considered it unlawful.'" Sahih Al Tirmidi 3095
