You never noticed those are very distinct ways of coming? Yeah, it's because one of them already happened, and the other one will be in the future. They are two different timelines. Let's add the important context you left out: 7:14 doesn't say virgin it says young woman. 7:15 - He will eat cream and honey as soon as he knows to abhor evil amd choose good. 7:16- For before the child will know to abhor evil and choose good, the land of the two kings whom you fear will be abandoned." What has your idol to do with any of this? And this is a direct parallel to 8:3 and 8:4 if you ever read those before. "I approached the prophetess, and she conceived and bore a son; and HaShem said to me: "Name him Maher-Shalal-Hash-Baz. For, before the child knows how to say "my father" and "my mother", the wealth of Damascus and the spoils of Samaria will be carried off before the king of Assyria." If you do a bit of research, Isaiah 52:13-ch 53 has traditionally been referred by the Jews to be the Messiah (until the 11th century), who suffers and dies as the ultimate atonement (kaparrah) for the sins of Israel and the world. Ten reasons why these verses are about Messiah not Israel: 1.Consistent use of singular pronouns (him, his) not plural. 2. Israel cannot die for Israel's sins. 3.Israel never died unlike the Suffering Servant. 4. Messiah suffers for the sins of others, so they do not need to suffer for their own sins. 5.The Suffering Servant "sprinkles" many nations (Gentiles). Israel's blood was never offered on behalf of others for cleansing. 6.The Suffering Servant is depicted as innocent. Not true for Israel who is in captivity because of her own sins. 7.The Suffering Servant suffers for others sins, Israel suffered for her own sins. 8.If Israel were the righteous servant it would have been impossible for her to suffer and die. 9. The Truth testifies to itself and shall be known to all before the very end. I pray for your blessing and that you shall have eyes to see and ears to hear. The one Israel shall soon accept as messiah shall be a false messiah and betray the people of Isreal after 3 and a half years of enforcing a covenant with many. He will desecrate the new temple at that point and you should flee to the mountains immediately when that happens. Face of a dog is a very intriguing term. Is it possible that this is a physical/cultural perspective? When people describe Moshiach, it is said that every nation can see themselves in him. Perhaps this is in his actions, but perhaps he could be seen as a mutt. This designating a mix of cultures. Perhaps it is in genealogy, similar to sitting at the gates of Rome. This could mean he has lineage to many of the nations. So too every nation seeing themselves within Moshiach could be a discussion of lineage rather than physical. Perhaps both, physical and lineage. One of my deep regrets is not meeting any Jews with whom to compare yours, & the New Testament's Maschiach in light of Torah & the prophets. It cannot be King David, & can only be another Lord, namely, the pre incarnate Meschiach. If that is so, why can Jews not appeal to this Lord in prayer, or, approach G-d through the pre-incarnate Maschiach? Clearly he must be alive for G-d to be able to talk to Him, just as Jeremiah was alive prior to his birth ("Before you were born I knew you.). 3. In Deut 18:15, 16 - "The LORD your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from your midst, from your brethren. Him you shall hear, according to all you desired of the LORD your G-d "(etc)...My question is this - have rabbis performed an exercise whereby comparisons have been conducted between Moses' miraculous acts & others who claimed messiahship? I'm sure you would have come across Christian's who have asked you these questions or have referred to these points. But in the areas where I have lived I have not had the courage to approach Jews to ask these questions or to have a robust conversation, as I dont know if I will be welcomed or rebuffed.

Either Isaiah wasn't talking about him, so he isn't the messiah, or that isn't a messianic prophecy at all. I'd suggest you read all of Isaiah so that you can find out who it is that is being called "My servant" by G-d. It's the Jewish people. Isaiah 53 is actually foretelling the time to soon come when you realize that all the wrathful preaching and the disdain of Jews as "messiah killers", etc., wasn't ordained by G-d like you thought. What an interesting and great question about when the Messiah would know He’a the Messiah!! I never thought to ask that. In Christianity, angels came to both Joseph and Mary to let them know she was with child and He would be the Messiah. So I imagine them telling the story of His birth to him as a child and even was Simeon said in the temple/. At age 12 they went to the temple for Passover, as was their annual custom and they were making their way home with the group they traveled with and realized He wasn’t with them. They went back and searched for 3 days. When they finally found them He said something like, didn’t you know I would be in my Father’s house?

Amen! Praise the Lord Jesus Christ for paying our sin debt in full! We eagerly await His return in power and glory to save His nation Israel from all of her enemies surrounding her on the last day. First the antichrist will come bringing false peace to the world which will be short lived. There will be 2 witnesses coming from God to preach the gospel of Jesus. When they are killed, the worst of the worst times will come on the earth. When all seems lost for Israel, all Jews will call out to God and all remaining alive will be saved by Jesus when He returns to save them. They will see the scars of His crucification and weep. Isaiah 53 refers to Israel. The real G-d (not the golden calf that you worship) loves His son, Israel (Exodus 4:22).
