😊Hi my question is not about creation. I heard what I believe to be a false teaching about how Joseph of Aramathia and Nicodemus prepared Jesus body for burial. The word says in John that they took him off the cross, wrapped him in linen cloth and laid him in the tomb, using the aloes, spices. What I have read a out Jewish burial customs at that time is if someone died a violent death the blood stayed with the body, the deceased was not cleansed. The ( what I believe to be false) teaching I heard was that Joseph and Nicodemus cleansed Jesus and removed all the gravel, chards of broken pottery etc from all his wounds? Am I correct that this is false? Nowhere is scripture does it say this. Please advise! ❤
