Bini the Bunny I didn't know about scent glands. I thought my rabbit was eating it's poop until I checked his butt and he had a scent gland. Luckily someone that I watch on KZbin posted something about scent gland within the hour of me finding out. Also my rabbit doesn't binky any more he would be 8 or 9 this year. Thanks

I have 3 house buns. They have their own bedroom and the run of the house if they want, but they just run around in their room. My last bun lived to the age of 10 broke my heart when he died. He passed away in my arms 3 years ago. I still think of him everyday, i loved him so much. He loved cuddles and kisses. Non bunny owners just don't understand!!!

Oh I just bought a tiny bun about 3 days ago. He was such a gentle little soul I felt like I was having an infant at home. But he only lived with me for one and half days and two days ago he died of diarrhea. Died right infront of my eyes and I couldnt watch it. It was the most helpless moment of my entire life and I couldnt stop weeping for hours. I cant believe how much he had come close to me in just 24 hours and how he went away so abruptly. I will never ever be able to get him out of my mind. Rest in peace my love.

I have never had a rabbit but now have too gorgeous rescued ones and I am a retired lady. I didn’t want them I will be honest. The first I found with a terrible wound but no animal charity wanted to help other than offer to put her to sleep. So I got her fixed up as she really was full of life! Got her neutered and then got her a companion male. They love each other and they bring me so much joy. Thanks for all the tips. More bunnies will make us happier❤️

I rescued my rabbit from a shelter where they were about to put him down. After some attention and a long process he began to trust me. Now everytime I let him out he runs to me and waits for me to get down so I he can give me kisses! You are a great channel and I wish bini lots of love from me and my rabbit Fred!

We had a bunny get bladder sludge, and had been giving him filtered water. After that, finding out that our water is very high in calcium, we switched to bottled water. No more bladder sludge...even when eating high calcium foods! Our current bunny is shy, and gives nose bumps, but so far only a few kisses. Our other bunnies were always giving kisses! We've had house rabbits for 19 years. We love Bini! Keep making videos, Bini!

Thanks so much for the tips. They are greatly appreciated. I’m taking care of my first rabbit. I wasn’t planning on getting a rabbit, but I’m very glad I picked Hoppy ( I let my 5 year old niece name her for her birthday) up. I found her late night while working. I found her by accident, I almost ran her over, which upset me very much. So I stopped and she let me pick her up and take her home. Poor thing was scared and starving. Keep in mind she hates being picked up, but that night she didn’t fight me at all, so I know she was starving for attention. I couldn’t find the owners after 2 weeks, and she warmed up to me in that time, so I decided to keep her. I’m very happy I did, everyday my family and I enjoy and love her, and she shows it right back. Right now as I type this, she’s licking my arms and hands. She loves licking them and nudging my hand like she’s saying “ hey! Pet me more!” So cute and lovable. I can’t imagine my life without her anymore! 🐰😀👍

I used to own a bunny and she would always lick my hand and give me nose bumps. We couldn't bunny proof the house and her cage was small so almost all the time she had free rome of this big room. We would put her back in her cage at like 12 or whenever she wanted.

My rabbit, lucie, was very timid when I first got her. She hated being pet and would not come near me. She lost her sister when they were only a few months old (sad for both of us) so I thought she just needed time. I've been sitting on the floor with her while she's free roaming for a couple months now, and the other day she finally licked my face and it gave me hope that she will trust me eventually. She is actually getting better with petting and she will now climb all over me as long as I don't reach for her. I'm happy she's trusting me more! She's also getting spayed March 20 and is getting a little baby holland lop brother soon after (with enough time to recover, of course). Rabbits are such a complicated animal to keep, but it's so so so worth it to watch their personalities grow and feel them start to trust you!

Thank you so much for putting on a video that is the absolute best I have seen on rabbit care. Rabbits are such misunderstood creatures, due to a lack of knowledge many people fail to provide for their needs. And, have unrealistic expectations concerning their new pet. The end result is that many rabbits find themselves neglected, abandoned or come to 'sticky endings' too sad to imagine. Hopefully, your video will give potential owners a better idea of what to expect, and how best to help their rabbits live long, happy and healthy lives. Of course, rabbits are mammals, but unlike rodents, they are lagomorphs, and in many ways quite similar to horses. They are herd animals and need to graze. You give Bini such excellent care that I would never have guessed he is five years old already. I love your videos and tell my friends about them, and how educational, charming and entertaining they are. Bini is amazing, but you are so right that all animals are when we provide them with love and security. I confess, I have become more than a little addicted to your videos, but don't tell, Dottie, Hamish or Snowdrop, my three rescued bunnies; because I am sure they would be very jealous. I am working on enriching their lives so they will do as many binkies as Bini!

Great tips. I didn’t know rabbits could learn tricks. I get nose bumps and nuzzles from my rabbits, but no licks. I have a Flemish Giant and a minirex/lionhead. They are both neutered and a bonded pair. They have the run of my 8x10 aviary, which they share with my birds and guinea pigs. They have harnesses and leashes so I can take them outside in nice weather. I love my rabbits and I agree that you can never kiss them too much. Thanks for sharing Bing with the world.

My rabbit gives me kisses anytime he is able to. If I'm petting him he tilts his head and won't stop licking unless he is unable to. He nose bumps me all the time too. But sometimes he acts as if he is drunk because he licks people he doesn't know and has never seen before at all but it is always when his eyes are closed because he is all nice and relaxed form mw petting him so... i think he is drunk. Sometimes he even licks wood of mesh wire because he thinks it is something else

We have a flop too. He full of x's and o's. He is completely spoiled. Just took him to the fresh produce stand yesterday. He picked bananas and strawberries of course. I picked fresh greens to make him salads. He is definitely a night owl. Flops under the couch all day. We love Jack and have no idea what we did before him. Hes totally free range inside and outside. I myself own 3 bunnies! Adopted two, bought one. They are my most precious, they all lick me and nudge me with their noses or even sit on my feet. My favourite is a lionhead and he LOVES my bed and couch, he is always so super binky when allowed on them, and usually hops on me when I am close by and flops onto me. The other two love to roam the apartment; I bought them carpets so that they have some grip and they go super binky on them. Take good care of your floofies, they are as rewarding as dogs are :')

I love when my bunnies start doing binkies around my bedroom. I'm also amazed how fast they can do zoomies around the bedroom. Only time it is a little annoying is when I'm trying to get some sleep and Bill and Ted decide they want to do binkies and zoomies on my bed, back and head. Bunnies are like little toddlers. Oh and one fact that's really important is never to bathe your bunny. If they really badly need cleaning Google how to properly wash them. Your advice on how to set up the litter box with a pee pad over the bedding is really smart and a great way to keep your pet clean! Most bunnies will groom themselves often but some buns are way neater than others, I've had one very lazy lop who constantly had to be groomed lol

My rabbit Kartoffel gives me lots of kisses. We adopted another rabbit, Chai, so Kartoffel would have a companion when I started my full-time job.
