The major difference between Judaism and Christianity is that the latter is a Western belief system, based on Greek and Roman way of thinking, and therefore focusses on 'proving' its legitimacy. This is not a Jewish prerogative. Truth needs no 'testament/testimony'. Torah is explanation, not missionary convincing. Some Eastern belief systems, specifically Buddhism, are closer to us in this aspect, which explains their popularity to Jews who have not had sufficient access to our own G-dly wisdoms.
