Atleast 30 min yoga in the morning including pranayam, breathing yoga, few asanas which you can google 2. Methi is very Garam in nature so usage should be less. So if u r taking 3 tblsp hibiscus powder than methi powder should be half tblsp.If you are using fresh hibiscus petals like me than for 1 cup soak over night 1 tblsp methi seeds and than next day blend it with the petals along with 2 blsp curd...and use it as a hair pack.Which works wonder TC bye.
