Rabie Ridge residents homeless after shacks demolition

Rabie Ridge informal settlement residents in Midrand are homeless this evening.
Their shacks were demolished by the Red Ants, which were supported by
private security guards and Johannesburg Metro police today.

Yep that's constitutional, if the Sheriff can't evict you then the bank will auction the house on your behalf with a signature (as forced sale) of the Sheriff without forcing you out of the house physically. Then the new buyer will have to apply for court eviction order and if still you refuse to leave they'll have to employ 'red ants' and find an alternative accommodation for you
