Its is accessible in any mobile device as the protocol is HTTP. As for networking, most of the client I had set this up had a VPN setup. In short, yes it can be accessible via outside network but a VPN connection had to be setup. Local network or PAN network works very well as well. I hope that answers your question.

Sir, I have an issue with those login credentials. When i try to access to the server it keeps asking for login credentials since i don't have any for my project. If i try to logon without credentials it is showing server communication error. Can you help me with this

The password is setup using AVEVA Edge Studio under Security Setting. You can disable user login too. I hope that helps.
