enjoyed that! I had some traps flipped over last season. I wonder if they were not bedded solid enough. Really gonna try to set a lot more of them this year. Never thought about using a drowning rig with these and will look forward to seeing you demo that as it would come in super handy on my line.

what is your best producing bait for your pocket sets ?

Anything fish related. Whether it be chunk fish or ground up fish I definitely prefer fish over anything else

Any reason you don’t level your pan or night latch

For raccoon I don’t in the water simply because to catch the random mink or muskrat I like a high pan. All my coyote traps r leveled and night latched tho

I'm in the "level the pan camp". But ya, some animals are dumb and clumsy enough that it doesn't matter.
