Is the anise that you use in liquid? What ratio do you mix? Thanks for your videos.

you made some good points. I love using DP'S I use the Ztrap & FB1. .I have a tip to share. I spray my DP'S with a silicone spray to keep them functional in freezing temperatures. I get the spray from Lem. They use the spray on meat processing. To lube the moving parts. It has no smell or taste and works a lot better than WD40 .

Do the bait you mentioned get mixed fresh or well in advance and what is the ratio appreciate any information if you have time, thanks for the video

The bait I mainly use anymore is cat food for my dps and carp for my pocket sets. I mix pure anise with the cat food about 2 weeks before season and catch and chunk up carp during the summer to use during season.

I’ve been watching your videos and you’re doing great and giving great information. I’m going to try the pocket set with a coil spring trap this year. I’ve only targeted coons with DP’s and I’m ready to try something different! Thanks for your videos!

Интересный капкан, в России такими не ловят, идея хорошая, можно сделать и на лису по чернотропу попробовать .

Good information! I had a coon caught in a duke 1.5 crawl into a tree root hole because I set it too close. The trap held on the hind leg but it sure did get western getting him outta that hole and taken care of... lmbo! lesson learned!!

Watched a guy that laid his DPs on the ground during really cold season,so they couldn't ring out. Allowed for a situation where the trap might freeze in or swivel wouldn't move. Made sense.

Makes sense to me. I know coon creek had a video on that. I’ve never tried it but I’m sure it’d work!
