Yes getting birds back from tough weather races is much more satisfying knowing that others lost lots of pigeons. Good thing you still got birds returning. I love the sport so much that getting birds back has been more satisfying than ever.

@@gpsloft5868 they’re are but they are old school and don’t want to adjust to the new and more newer technology (electronic) clocking. that makes it that much time consuming when doing 30-40 birds with counter marking. Its also hard to promote newer memebers because in hawaii you need a decent job to be able to get in the sport and compete.

Hi...your birds are doing you proud for a handful of birds....just be aware about going to the well to often ...I would select a few to stop until next season ...race them paired up and sitting eggs or young ones......your doing great

when your pigeons are sitting on a perch and not standing on there feet that is a sign that they have some type of parasite you may want to consider worming your birds birds cocci and Birds and cankering your birds. I think you will do much better. You know me Danny

Your birds are doing well considering they are just coming out of a natural moult. The member who is winning will be on darkness and has a huge advantage. I observed in the video your birds are starting to get sexually active and maybe you could think about putting in some nest bowls and straw a couple of days before your next race, it will give them some extra incentive to get home. Also do you use hydration products in your water before and after the race? Also are you introducing fats into their diet? Peanuts are good 👍

It's getting to that time again . Heading towards the 300 mile races. Same as last year , protein and protein. Fats and cards and more fats before basketing... don't think the amount you feed matters . Mine are starving when they race. Its the right type of food that counts... Still not sure of ya end flights though. If they're still not fully grown your birds are working twice as hard to get home. If they're not fully grown any further you'll loss them at 300 mile ..

I think you need to check the health of the birds. Your times are not great so it could be because of health problems. this is just a suggestion. This is what i do, better safe that sorry.

You should take a pigeon in your hands 1 hour after the race and he should be as round as a balloon .Feeding should be carbs and some more fat the last day .Good luck .
