Massive congratulations to Broc Feeney! Absolutely fantastic to have your first podium in only your 4th race in the series!

Broc is a future star and he knows learning from the best is way to go. A couple of laps in front of the best and then watching his brake lights Broc for as many laps as possible will be the best education of Broc Feeney. I'm looking forward to 2023😃😄😁

These highlights didn’t show the 2nd lead change with Shane and Feeny?
@gjiau8t2 жыл бұрын
Grateful for the Highlights, but from 3' - 4'30" it just seemed a bit excessive to focus on that accident for that long in my opinion, highlight packages are short enough without having to waste time on yellow flag situations, especially when you didn't even include the overtake for the lead with SVG and Feeney. Sorry don't mean to be negative, just some constructive feedback. Thanks.

when they first start making highlights ,they also wasted lots of time on showing the yellow flag. Now it seems theyre following the old way again
@Nyxrrn2 жыл бұрын
Yeah I agreee, but given it was a red flag too, I think that's why. It was red flagged and then resumed after 10 minutes with a full race extend.
@gjiau8t2 жыл бұрын
@@Nyxrrn Yeah I think your right that was my initial thoughts also, I guess it comes down to the individual viewer and whether they deem that information necessary in the context of that race, for me it was unimportant in the grand schemes of the outcome of the race. If it were say the red flag situation in the Spa Formula 1 2021 debacle then that context certainly would be needed to tell the story.

When the mustangs first raced they were built to exactly the same Gen2 rules as the commodore, passed the initial compliance testing and blew the commodores off the track. 888 whinged and they changed the rules. Since 2019: 1. Smaller rear wing end plates for Mustang 2. Lower rear wing gurney flap for Mustang 3. Reduced front undertray extension for Mustang 4. Weight penalty for Mustang 5. Increased front splitter for Commodore 6. Increased rear wing for Commodore 7. Greater front end down force for Commodore Not mention ballast shifts in July 2019 (28kg to the Mustang roof, 6kg to the Holden dash) plus the changes to engine packages, dampers and tyre rules in Feb 2020 (for all teams but RBR benefited most) and the aero tweak to the Commodore at the start of last year. Situation normal

I was hoping Feeney would put up more of a fight but still a great finish for him. Was also thrilled to see Mostert claw his way from near the back to almost grab a podium, great drive!

Hey guys can you do something about the whole blue/red, ford/gm presentation for those who don't follow sponsorship or drivers. Could you put the drivers names in either blue or red so we can easily identify who is driving what. Just a suggestion. Cheers

Newbie to Supercar racing here! Why are there 4 levers in the car? I seen the driver adjusting some of them at 11:55. I'm guessing it's things like brake bias?

Late reply, but I reckon that you deserve one :) The are two for roll-bar adjustment (front/rear), the gear shifter and a brake bias adjuster.

I miss racing at Simmons plains. Small tight track, but very technical. Brother and I ran an R32 Skyline in the B touring class. Lots of fun but devastating on brakes. If I didn't have back issues. We'd still be having our weekend fun. =D

why is there a transitional screen wipe at 11:55 if it's the same scene before & after the wipe? saw this in some of the other highlight videos too, makes no sense
@QF_Dan722 жыл бұрын
im guessing their commentaries and race footage cant be seperated and they dont have raw footages so if they cut straight to that scene ,it can be a little awkward. Thats why they added a transition. Just my opinion btw

Cam Waters schooled Slade so hard it's difficult to watch. That's right up there among the all-time most embarrassing wheel-to-wheel combat failures in the history of Motorsport. Pretty soft to issue a penalty because Slade couldn't handle 'Expert mode', but at least BAMFism is still alive and well in racing, an absolute treat from Cam.
