I agree. We are different. All of us are not the same. We must take this into consideration in our health. This is reality .

The type of melanin in your genetics plays a major role in the type of nutrition you should be consuming. This is what they who profit from medical treatments will not address. Here's a simple example of our differences; we all know our skin is our largest organ. Black skin needs different nutrients than white skin. Thus Black skin synthesizes uv rays differently than white skin. Same goes for hair. Eumelaninated people's with kinky hair need different nutrients than Pheomelaninated or non melaninated people for hair care. Knowing this why can't we deduce our foods need to be different? Celiac disease is a gluten intolerance that affects Europeans traditionally. Sickle cell anemia is more prevalent in black people. These are both autoimmune diseases driven by genetic differences that can be controlled with food as medicine. Gulo gene and LCT genes are different in many Eumelanin people's vs pheomelanin and mon melaninated people's. Many whites have a LCT gene mutation that causes that gene to stay active after weaning years. This causes a higher metabolism that allow them to be lactase persisters that can continue to drink milk after weaning. Most of the rest of us are lactose intolerant which is the norm for all mammals that feed on their mothers milk. I could go on but this long comment would be a book.
