Good work, remember also when bending any pipe if you're afraid of kinking the pipe you can fill it with sand and cap it somehow while you are working the pipe, just sayin

Yes sir you’re correct. I actually wrote that in the video at bottom of screen if you noticed

Safety glasses brother, it doesn't take much for metal shavings to get in your eye. I do enjoy your videos by the way! And don't get rid of that ProCharger, fight the Turbo urge brother... ✌

Next time you go to do some welds, try making a bunch of, little e's, connected together. Don't just try and weld a straight line. Little e's and don't outrun your puddle. And if that's flux core, weld by pushing not pulling. Worked better for me, before I got a gas setup. Make sure ground is good too. ;)
@ThePaintPaperHustle Жыл бұрын
Thanks buddy. Flux core I can weld so much better than in gas. I’ll have to try the e thing I’ve never heard of that
@funfun8095 Жыл бұрын
@@ThePaintPaperHustle Those welds didn't look like gas welds. What are you using? What CFH? I use straight CO2 and 20 CFH, with trigger pulled. What size wire?
@ThePaintPaperHustle Жыл бұрын
Co2 and 15ish with trigger pulled. I’ll try bumping up to 20. And yea they look like a dog took a dump
@ThePaintPaperHustle Жыл бұрын
Full disclosure I’m not the best at cleaning the metal as I absolutely hate the prep to welding. So I tend to say “I’ll burn through it”

@@ThePaintPaperHustle lol What size wire and how close are you keeping the tip to the puddle?
@LoneWrencher Жыл бұрын
that is the same spot i mounted mine on my comet .my license plate barely fits

Awesome! Yea I can cheap it down alittle

What size wire are you running in your welder? .030?
@ThePaintPaperHustle Жыл бұрын
I think currently .30
@andrew_brent Жыл бұрын
@@ThePaintPaperHustle 120v machines have a low duty cycle, usually 20% or less, they can't burn .030 efficiently, next time you buy wire try .025 and the tips to match. You'll have to change your heat and wire speed settings a little but I think you'll be happy 👍
