Race Engine Teardown! It's ALL BAD!!!

Today we dive into tearing down the broken race engine from The Fossil to see just how broken it is. Not good!!!

If you still have the rod bolts you should measure the length on all of them to see if anymore had some stretch on them. I know you wont know the new bolt length but maybe you could see if a few more are longer than others.

Good idea. Given the way the rest of the rod bearings look, I’d doubt any more had stretched

@@LoganbuiltRaceShop Your probably right the rest of the bearings looked fairly good all things considered. Also didn't see really any fretting either.

Sucks but yeah you should be able to do some upgrading. You going to get a piston and reuse what you got or upgrade them too?

I have a new set of diamond pistons. At this point there won’t be too much reused lol
