Not really, but you can’t avoid it if you’re trying to go fast. A lot of times, shifting into the next gear will put you in too high of a gear for the next corner. If you’re driving a rally car, you’re may just straight up run out of gears. Rally cars aren’t meant to go any faster than about 130 MPH as there’s no real need to go that fast at a rally stage. There’s also shifting too late, but that’s more of a mistake than anything.

All Drivers who ran into the limiter (with Option to shift!), are slower and in my opinion not professional at all. .....the limiter should PROTECT the Engine in a case of a false Shift or mechanical poblem....this is just stupid !.....the sound of a NORMAL screaming Race-Engine is still lovely in this vid....

bluforcemotors They ran out of gears, and ran out of RPMs. Rally cars top out at 200 KM/H usually. They were going as fast as possible
