i`m 51 yrs old.. just started running few mths ago.. my recent 10km race was 1:13... your video and spirit really inspiring me.. what is your advice for me to run?

My advice is this: 1. Run most of your miles easy (80%) 2. Don't neglect strength training 3. Be patient. You are NOT too old to make significant progress. 4. Listen to your body...Learn what's normal exercise-related soreness and what's a sign of impending injury. If the latter, pull back or stop before it gets worse. 5. REST...Rest days are critical to allow your body to recover and grow stronger. 6. Get a qualified coach (if possible) to tailor a training plan to your specific goals and needs These are just some of the more important pieces of advice

So what is the rank for the shoes now? Would you recommend 4s or 3s at this point? Also what sizing ? I hear a lot of people saying size up 1/2 size.

All I can say is that the rating will go up after this race. I will post an update in the next few days if you can wait for that...As for sizing, they fit me true to size. They actually have a bit more room in the toe box than the 3s.

What is that interesting building on the medal? I assume it is some local historical building that is famous.

That is the Heublein Tower in Talcott Mountain State Park in Simsbury, Connecticut.
