The king has spoken! Great to see your competitive spirit, friendly interaction with the other racers, and that you always race with classy panache! Ride on!

Ted, thanks for coming to our small slice of the world to ride some gravel and share your thoughts on the race. It’s fun to see this race grow over the years and hope it continues to do so!

Great recap of the race and event as a whole, it was a great day out there, as warm and humid as it was. Super fun to see big names like yourself showing up to race, mingle with the fans and help grow the sport! Also, bring Stu next time!

'love that northern cross country route. 'done variations of it about 3x. ND is remarkably beautiful and indeed has surprising topography.

Small town gravel events are where it's at! (And I think you could make the case that even Unbound and SBT have similar, though not completely the same, small town energy/support in their respective towns)

Hey, Havre!! Coolio, I used to live in Montana for like 11 years, unfortunately I left before I picked up gravel biking. Did a bunch of mtb there, but the possibilities are literally endless in Montana for epic gravel routes. Enjoy!

It takes quite a bit of work, but Laura works with locals and friends of friends to get a trusted sitter.

Wow! Lovely event! This could grow into a “must ride” with such a town behind! The name is maybe Hungarian?

Actually, it's a Czech name that means "sand". In the video, you can also notice the name "Czechwagon" on a foodtruck, Ted was probably eating some traditional czech food. Písek is a town in the Czech Republic, and I believe that Pisek was founded by immigrants from Czechia and named by their hometown ;)
