Sitting in my car eating chocolate and drinking coke, how I miss running even hill running. 4 months out injured now and no sign of the pain stopping. This video will hopefully give me straight to get back out there soon

Well, if going down hurts your knees you should work on your strength. If you let your bones do the work your muscles should do, no wonder your knees hurt. Soft Shoes will not help (that much).

I used to do a bit trail running but mostly with a mountain bike on my shoulder. Love being in the great outdoors although not as many massive hills in Australia as compared to New Zealand. Sarah is a great addition to the presentation of these videos as she represents the majority of us I am sure. Keep having fun.

Rock climbing with a buddy tomorrow. Hauling the 1/3 of bodyweight equipment uphill, I will re-envision Sarah. I love hillwork and adverse weather gets me even more into fighting spirit but being chased by the hounds of Baskerville on never-ending misty slopes, oh the horrors! Kudos to Sarah. And the filming crew sticking out in the weather.
