Racer X Films: Justin Barcia and Weston Peick Toyota/JGR Yamaha Team Intro

Toyota/JGR Yamaha recently introduced their two new riders for the 2015 season -- Justin Barcia and Weston Peick. We catch up with the duo at the JGR test track in North Carolina.

Stewart was on a Yamaha few years ago so I don't know. As for today, Justin is in competition to be the fastest mx rider on a yamaha. I think its a close one between him and Van Horebeek.;

Justin is killin it, I think he is going to really be a serious threat for sx and mx this next year coming up. It would be unreal to see him take a championship on a yamaha, get blue on top.

I peak Barcia as a winner in SX. The only one that could stop him is Roczen, maybe Dungey. But Barcia as done great things on the 450 Honda, a bike that hasn't got a good reputation among the riders. The Yamaha's got the best horsepower and is the fastest machine, and Barcia is so light that the bike can go so fast ya know... Not only that, but he absolutly change his training program by taking Johnny O with him', and he say that it was a gain. Johnny said that he already seen Barcia progressed til the beginning of the training. We've seen right there that the bike is going really fast in straight line, and we've seen that Barcia as a better corner speed and all. Wasn't the rider that I like the most (even if I don't hate any rider, they're all awesome and special), but for me, he's the big time fav in SX.

not trying to start anything but your facts are way off. these people can beat him anyday but he can also beat them anyday stewart, tomac, anderson, peick, wilson, bagget, and more

isaiah haylett I mean, beating him in the championship. We'll see if he doesn't hurt, but Barcia seems to be solid right now. I mean, I think only Dungey or Roczen could beat him at the end of the 17 races. Stewart isn't consistent (but fast, like really fast), Tomac is really good, but better in MX, and I'm not sure he's feeling it on his bike (he's fast and still won races at Spring Creek, but doesn't seem so much faster than Roczen compare at the time they were on the 250s). I don't think a rookie could beat Barcia this year. Wilson is really good, but not at that point. Same goes for the three others. Peick, well, we'll see, but doesn't seem as fast as his teammate right there. Last but not least, Trey Canard and Davy Millsaps. Don't really know what to think about DM, I know he's really good, we'll see. As for Canard, well, a lot of potential, but he still has to show it again... Its just my opinion. Oh, and sorry if you see something wrong in my message, I'm not a beast in English (Its not my foreign language 'cause I'm French, trying to learn the language ya know...). :)

Stop acting like you know all this shit. Yamaha isnt that "fastest" bike. They are all pretty much the same. Not to mention most pro riders have bikes that are FAR from stock

Thats just his riding style. Go watch any footage of him from pretty much any point in his career and he is always hanging it out there.

Wow! Sad video to watch! What even hire Weston Peick if you have no belief nor faith within him? I really hope Weston Peick shines in 2015. It actually works out good for him no not have pressure on his shoulders. Just go out there calm and perform quietly. I hope he finishes ahead of Bam Bam in both Supercross and the Nationals just because of this video. This is terrible for JGR Public Relations.
