He did raced the other big boys just once - Sunday's last moto, while all the other top riders raced each other whole weekend. For someone with "the best rider in the world" reputation, Jett should've raced 3/3 with the other big boys and beat them, not saving his energy for the last moto in the weaker class and collecting cheap wins.

Yeah i look at it the same way really cheering on my US AMA brothers. Liked Tomacs speed, unfortunate start. AP solid as always. Cooper great start lacked either intensity or track familiarity. Jett was Jett what else dd we expect. Hunter looked happy to sit in 3rd, kinda of where i was thinking he would slot in 3-5 but, unfortunate mistake. Webster if he can clean it up, probably freaking out from the pressure on the world stage but hes got it man, great start. Would have loved to see how his mid race pace is compared to the leaders but good effort amazing flash of brilliance there. Moving through the pack effectively after both crashes too Looking forward to seeing the race lets go AUS and USA

What is the “open” class? Just another 450 moto? They used to have 500cc 2strokes in open but now it’s just 2 450 races and a 250 race? Why not just cut the open class ?

Yep. Used to be 125, 250 and 500. Now 1 250 and 2 450s.

Well, lets say you are a country who doesn't have another 450 rider. the point is that you can ride whatever you want in open.
