These videos are inspiration and informative. I have been aware of Dakar for decades, but this detailed view of what it takes to get there and get through it is brilliant. Can't say enough of how impressive Lyndon is as a person and an engineer. How he takes a bike completely apart and rebuilds it, is bananas to me. I do however, think calling this bike Rex is a bit of a stretch. Besides the frame of old Rex, I think only the frame and rims are original. WOW!!!

+Lyndon Poskitt Racing, How come you guys are using Michelin Tires in this Series ? (actually you didn't say which ones they were ) After the glowing appraisal I have seen you give on your other videos for the Golden Tyre 723's , you commented on their superiority for on and especially off road grip, and also mentioned their long lasting tire tread life when compared to other tires which you have used (which I am sure are many) . .., so this time around - I am confused why this time you are using Michelins .., is the reason perhaps because the Michelins are more off road race oriented than the 723's , or perhaps because of sponsorship commitments this time ?
