So maybe you cut the gauge to fit the centerline of the rear and then attach the left over to the 37" and then you would have enough for the fore & aft of roof tops.😁 Travis, the bead dies that you made did a super job, but the bead should not have fit over the OEM bead. The one you made should just high center on the bends, the bead you made is the thickness of the metal too big, oops.😅

You will probably need to reduce the contact area and champer the entrance and exit of your dies. My thinking is if your bead on the panel needs to be curved and not straight the larger contact area will cause a double exposure while making a bend or turn changing the shape of the bead. I have never made dies before but this is what I'm seeing in my mind.
