Rachael, I have been directly involved in various aspects of the music industry since 1984. I am also married to a teacher whose major is music. She studied music with others who went on to form the original lineup of the Ten Tenors. So take it from me that your voice and your talent is a pure gift of God. I have played the original form of this song many, many times over the years. Far too many to mention. I have yet to hear - original included - an interpretation so touching, so pretty, so fragile and so beautiful as yours. I love it. I truly LOVE it!

This is by far the most beautiful cover I've heard for this classic. I've not been an admirer of the way in which they have covered the later part [in a hark rock way] in the original. I mean, I really think that part does rather damage than good to this beautiful song but the way you sang through that part was smooth and sensible and does justice to this song, which it rightfully deserves. I got your album today, And i am upset to see you used half of 12 songs to do other peoples songs. Your album is sounds great, but at the same time is sad. I hope you find better songs in the future and you keep writing songs. but you need your own songs. Not others.

its a lot more than 8 orgional songs, she took half her album and made some common songs her own, and totally ripped off old good songs for her self and the music paid for most likely but half the album its more like what 12 songs on the album and about 5 to 6 of them are copies of old. if you dont believe me i will list em.

I do have the album and looked in the pull out section with the words. Under the words is who wrote the song. There are 4 covers "Sweat Child of Mine", "The Air That I Breathe", "Money Changes Everything" and "Somebody to Love". The other 8 songs are written by Rachael alone or in partnership with another writer.

correct and some of those songs that where partner ship where mostly common songs made for her, in some type of tweek which totally fakes the notion that the songs are originals and not something that we as people have already heard before. all those that you list are as you said not her own, Anyways I was just making my own feeling heard because i felt this album was used as a by product to get money and not be her first album to actually be 100% hers.
