Thanks for simplified explanation. I have a question. If ROE IS 15.8% & NET PROFIT IS 9%, WHAT DOES IT MEAN. Really confusing that companies net profit is 9% but ROE is 15.8%. This is about Endurance.

Historical data is irrelevent for future earning on company. CAGR is assuming that growth rate is constant in future which is impossible given market and competition. ROCE is better than ROE because it consider debt also, which ROE ignore.

Why isn't equity computed as market capitalization? That will give a better picture of the present market condition as to what are returns on today's market value of the shareholdings.
