Louis is considered a top ranked lawyer. He's a "power broker" at the firm when this happened. He should have used his brain. His TRAINED brain to figure out the simplest of things. And since HE is the one who suspended her, HE is entirely to blame for the act, if not the set up, because HE had the power to act differently...to make different choices.

Not just any partner, one of the top lawyers in a top law firm. I mean where will she get the money to sue, also she will break her NDA get in trouble for that and she probably doesn't have the evidence which could be admitted in court to back her claims.
