A lot of Japanese shopping streets and old districts seem pretty similar (or way out of price range) but Okage Yokocho (right in front of Ise Jingu) was really awesome! There were so many things to see and do, and the food was all amazing. :D Ise ebi was probably the only thing I couldn't handle--Japanese spiny lobster, served raw and still moving. :( But the rest of the food was amazing!! If you're in Mie prefecture, I definitely recommend a trip to Okage Yokocho!

@@JessicaSmith-bv4cm what's wrong with being simple or not being really smart or hell, just smart? If you love someone and dear to you then their a darling to you. So what's wrong at the og commenter saying She is a darling wife to him. Her level of intelligence does not have any effect on how smart she is. There are different kinds of smartness(?) He was simply wasn't interested at the topic and is much interested on cats than the purse topic.

@sandninja1795 8 жыл бұрын
I don't think mead exists in Japan. I'd be very interested to find some. When I eventually go out to Japan I'm going to scour the land to find out if Japanese Mead exists. I'll come back and post here if I ever find any, even if it's years from now XD After a little research I found a honey and cane spirit (rum?) enriched umeshu called 'Choya Honey' - It's the closest thing I've heard to mead in Japan. I also once tried a sake called Dassai 39, I can highly recommend it - The sake had slight notes of honey in it, it was like mead and sake had a baby. A really beautiful drink, well worth its price!

It's amazing to see you advertising Ise! I've been living in Ise for a year now, and most people don't know anything about it!

Awesome video, guys! The editing is fantastic!! Normally one doesn't really notice the way a video is edited unless it somehow doesn't work but with this one you were so creative I can only imagine how much thought and time and heart went into it. I love it..... Needless to say, the content is funny and interesting as well. I especially enjoyed the "losing interest...almost asleep... !!cat!! ohmygodcat !!"-part ;D haha
