I’d recommend making overnight oats or like a yoghurt parfait the night before and just taking it and eating it on the go/when you get to uni 😁💕

idk if you have a Woolies near you but the Tasti protein bars are good! they literally have 5 ingredients (dates, cashews, etc) and keep you so full! they’re kinda pricey but still really good so many look into that for breakfast ideas!

Some ideas for your breakfast ; - Smoothies - Yogurt and berries in a container ( you can always make it the night before if time is a problem / also freeze the berries maybe ) - Fruit cups ( don’t know if you still like pears? but i like pear, blueberries, strawberry and raspberry) - also maybe if you have time in the week you could bake banana bread? or pear and raspberry bread? that way you can grab it on the go 💕

I actually have a picture autographed by Paul Walker RIP my aunt Maryanne new Paul when he was a boy helped him get into acting was a big influence on him. When I was about 5 Im 24 now she had him autograph and personalize a note to me on the back of a picture of Paul and his daughter I still have it its really special
