You talk about all these things like you’ve had them but then talk ab all your allergies. So are you truly talking about allergies or sensitivities? They’re definitely not the same thing

I hope you know that allergies and sensitivities can develop at any point in life! Meaning someone could have eaten gluten prior in life and then developed a sensitivity or allergy later on. Hard to believe for some, but also very very true 😉

@@RachelK yes I’m well aware. But referring to sensitivities as allergies is not helpful to people who have true allergies. Allergies refer to an immune response by the body while a sensitivity is just a digestive tract issue. Overusing the word allergy leads to a “boy who called wolf” effect for people who have true allergies.
