I choose this song because of your love for Casey and this style of song. But, but, their new album is filled with rage, the have songs that will make you break a house in half, and songs like porcelain, that will break YOU in half... It's such a powerful album.

I lost my best friend of 13 years to a drug overdose a little over 2 year's ago, and this song bought tears to my eyes because it just describes everything I feel and continue to feel without her. The sun doesn't shine as bright anymore and this world is just really fucked up without her. I miss her every fucking day. The entire album is a masterpiece and I think you'll love it. Definitely another contender for AOTY for me. It's heavy and brutal with a couple calm break's like this song and the song Vacant. So much raw emotion and it's real emotion, they aren't screaming to be loud like most bands... they're screaming because they're hurt. They're sad and angry and you definitely hear the real emotions they put into this album. The Mathes brothers know how to make music people can relate to emotionally and this album is very personal to me. It has described my whole life the past two years without my best friend. Part of me wants to move on and the part of me is just ready to go be with her. R.I.P. Kelsey....fucking miss you every day. 💔😢

This song breaks i jus lost my father to cancer yesterday and this song rips the tears from me and then to have the track scars come after it hurts alot this album was pure beauty ive never felt more emotion in an album before this and to feel it this much is beyond anything i could imagine

Fuck I'm just coming off listening to "Whispers of Your Death" again which always manages to break me, and reading the lyrics along to this song, damn, this is breaking me too. I lost one of my best friends back in 2009 and honestly I'm still not over it and don't know if I ever will be. I relate to these lyrics waaaay too fuckin much, and the rawness and emotion in the vocals adds so much to the sad and lonely vibes of losing a loved one. Damn dude, this hits hard.

The heaviest song ive heard, based on the lyrics, and how their vocalist sound like theyre losing it. Just really related to it when i was an active alcoholic self medicating and quit my anti depressants cold turkey.. was not a good place for a year or so.

The music, partially, makes me think of bands like KATATONIA and NOVEMBRE. Clean vocals lift this track to a higher level, which makes the song pretty strong until the screams enter the void; to keep it mild, not a fan.
