These guys don't see and hear scales and chords the same way as anyone else. Such unique writing. Great reaction as well 👍👍👍👍👍

This band is honestly in their own category for me. And their videos have a weird pull on me. I’m becoming obsessed with these weird creatures and the brutalist atmosphere while going on some musical journey.

Now, I don’t know if this song is about drugs, but the way it’s worded gives me that impression; that being said, what I like about this song specifically, isn’t the “fuck you attitude,” because I think that’s too easy to take away from this. I like the words, “are you mad that you can’t be like me” which (correct me if I’m wrong) conveys this daring feeling. Like he’s daring you to be him, but knows if you were him, you’d be destroyed. Then the words, “are you mad now,” again, conveys, to me, this daring sound to the song, daring you to tell why you’re angry. Making it hard not to listen or keep your attention on. Personally.

STILL hope that you are feeling much much better! You frickin' better be...otherwise some of us will get together, and send a whole army of heavy metal ninjas out, to check up on you. Haha, I'm joking but seriously. Please be kind to yourself. ☺

This video slipped by me when it was released... I was looking for your Shadow of Intent reaction to their newest song and was wondering why nothing was posted, came to your channel and saw this video. Do what you have to do for yourself and your life. That is most important. This (YT) is something you can always come back to. But the real world is something you can't put on the back burner and not tackle head on and expect things to improve when the only constant in life is change. Hope to see you in the future reacting to some facemelting metal!

Would say 2 years later that it sucks to see so many people have a hard time getting into this one, but I fucking LOVE it and have played at least 3 or 4 tracks a day from it for months now. Can't stop, need halp (halp being more Thornhill rn 😌).

The heaviest song ive heard, based on the lyrics, and how their vocalist sound like theyre losing it. Just really related to it when i was an active alcoholic self medicating and quit my anti depressants cold turkey.. was not a good place for a year or so.

Hey Rachelle, i hope you are doing well and things are coming together for you. Unexpected life changes are always hard but you're strong and can push through it. I hope your year is going great and if you do come back, we will all be here with open arms. But never feel pressure to come back until you're sure you are ready for it. Enjoy your life to the fullest. 2024 has most definitely not been my year but i'm pushing through it and trying to get things back in order. Take as long as you need. Have a wonderful day/night, whenever you see this :)

Very well deconstructed (especially describing the solo). The guitarist (the guest on this song, I’m guessing?) is very, very good - definitely knows music. Enjoyed watching your reaction - very cool (great smile and good vibe). Appreciate it! Cheers
