Ok here me out, I was a cup girly until I tried the flex disc and IT'S EVEN BETTER! It auto dumps every time you pee AND you can have sesky time with it in. And it perches on your pubic bone so it doesn't use suction which is great for IUD users and it doesn't use your muscles. Plus it really helps with cramps!

Rachel, i feel like we're real life friends! I love this type of video. omg I switched to a menstrual cup and I will never EVER go back to tampons. I swear, my cramps are almost nonexistent now and they were SO bad when i used tampons. Also, you can get the essence mascara at the drugstore and Ulta! Can you do this style video but with favorite baby items?

Not a menstral cup or tampon girl, but I absolutely live by my period panties. Those were game changing to me, I can't recommend enough that people play with all the options out there and find something that works to ditch the disposables. I have thinx currently, which are fine but I probably wouldn't buy again, but I'm thinking of switching over to the Kayanes brand instead.

my all time makeup product is a clear mascara!!! i have found that it helps my lashes grow, stay full and not fall out!!! it also gives you some lift without being heavy. also i love when people say " wow your natural lashes are so pretty and long"

Ive also used a diva cup since college and I love it so much but I will say as a very heavy flow girl, I do struggle the first 2 nights with severe leakage. I use a big one, too. I think it really just depends on how heavy your flow is. I have to use Thinx underwear the first 2 days along with the diva cup and then I have no fears.

I also go through phases with my water bottles. My current favorite is my Owala 😍I love that it has a straw and you can also sip from it. I would pick Mascara because I usually only wear this and do my eyebrows when I dress up 😅

I get a new cup I wanna say every 6 months cause I always end up with one from Christmas and one from my birthday which are 6 months and 3 days apart. Also my makeup routine consists of blush mascara and occasionally like maybe eyebrow gel, and/or maybe a single color (brown or red usually) of crappy drugstore eyeshadow, typically just blush and mascara tho, and that’s when I care enough to put it on cause let’s be real I genuinely never leave my house except to go to the grocery store and me and my boyfriend have been together almost a year and lived together 6 months so like who do I have to impress, but if I wanna make myself feel pretty, mascara is always the trick! I legit have the same one. I don’t use it as often as the brown mascara I have just cause ngl it’s a lil crusty but oh my god she is POWERFUL for a lil $4 thing I can just waltz my ass into rite aid and fork over the very affordable amount of ka-ching.

One time I went to a friend's son's first birthday party where the party favors were Liquid IV and Microfiber towels. There were 0 kids at the party besides the birthday boy and I was 70% sure my friends chose those party favors to send a subtle message that they wanted their friends to make some friends for their son. I have used a menstrual cup for almost a decade and I love it! Now if I need to use a tampon in an emergency situation, I get horrible cramps. I’m jealous of you being able to go 12 hours. I have to dump out my cup every 2-4 hours for the first three days and then every 4-6 hours for the last 4 days.

This is why I haven't switched to a cup. I bought one thinking it would be a good thing for me on my heavy days, but nope... and it is way too much work to take out and clean for me every few hours. It isn't more convenient for me than tampons that I can just pop out and pop a new one in.

@@Janiz1998I use a menstrual disc and for some people it can “auto-dump” so I only have to take it out every 12 hours! It’s been amazing. There’s also disposable ones you can try out to see if they work for you before you buy a reusable.
