So my birthday is on Januar 22nd and my half birthday is on July 22. I always wanted a summer birthday, they always looked so fun. Living in Germany Januaries are quite gloomy and dark. The only time I had a summer birthday was when I was in New Zealand the year after I graduated High School (2008) and just this past January, when I went there to visit my sister, who moved there 6 years ago. She has a little daughter who's birthday is on July 20th, so she also has a gloomy winter birthday 😭. My heart breaks for her! I'm like "no girl! You're in the wrong country!" 😭
