I wear the flawless filter either way. If i want a light makeup day, I do it by itself with concealer and full glam i do it over my foundation on the high points of my cheek bones for extra glow!

The Charlotte tilbury flawless filter is perfect on its own and I just do concealer, blush and mascara. However, Elf has a dupe for this and it’s almost literally the same concept abs does the same thing.

Rach the ELF halo glo is a dupe to the flawless filter and its only 15.0 The way i wear it is i use a little primer and then use the halo glo or flwless filter by itsself, looks great! BTW we got the same shoe organizer from amazon in black, it took my husband forever to put together, and my cat laid on top of it and it ripped one of the plastic things, so yes its cheap, but in my defense my cat weighs 17 lbs sooooo...lol

U can wear the flawless filter on its own, but it’s not really a foundation or tint. It’s more of a illuminating product. I wear mine anywhere I want a glow and then use a tint or even a foundation on top and it gives the “ glow from within “ look.
