With Rachels English in the past 2 years, I improved a lot in speaking and listening, even my coworkers told me that there are no longer strong accents when I talk. In my humble opinion, the best way to learn how to understand native is by watching movies, tv-series, or youtube videos with English subtitles. I've been following this method for the last year, and now my listening comprehension is improved a lot. At first, I warn you you won't understand anything, but don't give up... after a few months, you will be able to understand much more. Now I can understand some simple content like Friends (yes is really simple now) or documentaries without subtitles.
