Get A Full-body Workout With This Low Impact Pilates Routine - No Equipment Needed!

Level: Beginner
This workout is unique in its combination of mat pilates, reformer pilates, and wall pilates exercises. This is a Pilates Workout Full Body no equipment and is a Pilates strength and stretch workout. It is a pilates and strength full body workout where we challenge the body with body weight exercises and try to perform the moves with control and stability. This workout contains wall pilates exercises and is a wall pilates workout for glutes, wall pilates workout for abs, and wall pilates workout for arms. This is a wall pilates workout for weight loss, as strength training has been shown to be supportive of weight loss goals. This is a free wall pilates workout. This would be a great mat pilates workout for athletes, as pilates workout for cross training is a great way to strengthen stabilizer muscles and prevent injury during sports performance. This workout could be performed as a workout or used as an active rest day.

Rachel makes it seem so easy! And I love how she balances each step with appropriate stretches and pauses that you don't end up with painful body that immobilizes you the next day and demotivates you from completing the program. Thank you, Rachel!

I want to thank you Rachel for pushing my to keep going. I finished day 13 today and at first I was thought this was going to be a breeze then I maybe swore a few times and wanted to give up. I finished all 36 minutes minutes and I am so proud of myself.. and my husband is proud of me for doing the challenge and not giving up. I am noticing a big change in me and feeling more energy. I have been eating healthy and I plan on doing the full 28 days and continuing on to this healthy life style. ❤

I love this combo of mat and wall Pilates. It seems like mat Pilates really forces you to recognize what you’re doing internally and gives you more insight into the move.

I used to be in gym and regular with exercise 3 years back but in these 3 years i had one femur surgery and 4 miscarriages so i was looking for some easy exercises that could bring me in shape and help my dull muscles... This is perfect gift. Thanks so much, i have even taken 2 day off in between for some works but still i can feel difference in my energy and body.

Day 13 of the 30 day challenge completed. Great full body workout 💪🏽. I’m noticing I can go further now with the workouts 🙂. I’m so excited about my progress. Even thou my body hurt in places I didn’t know exist 😂.

Day 13 is complete. Feel myself getting stronger with increased balance. I have been able to do most of the exercises through the first 13 days. I have severe arthritis in both shoulders, so any exercise that relies on the shoulder for stability is incredibly painful whether on my hands or elbows. Any modifications for these exercises would be greatly appreciated!

Completed Day 13 - exactly 1 year ago I was hospitalized with horrid autoimmune and heart issues at 28 years old. Today at the last exercise had such a bad foot cramp I had to stop and come back to complete it after a few hours. But completed it!! 😃 Any suggestions for the feet cramps during the workouts? Or knee pain during it?

im so glad u liked it! usually I suggest making sure u are hydrated before hand.. water or an electrolyte drink. for knee pain try adjusting your foot placement and see if it helps!

Day 13 ✅ Challenging with the longer workout (and after walking dogs for 90 mins and a PT session), but got it done! Love the ones where the warmup and cooldowns are included in 1 video workout session for the day, so we only have to play 1 vid.

I was an absolute wall pilates beginner when I started your 28-day challenge 2 weeks ago. I was so daunted by the thought of doing 36 minutes today, but it was so much fun! I could keep up and by the time the last wall exercises came up, I could actually hold my bridge and do the exercises. I feel like I've really progressed since day 1, when I was barely holding that bridge. Thanks, this was a very good session, cannot wait for the rest!

I break every 5 min to review the footage before moving on to the next block of exercises! it makes me workout for abt 2 hrs but allows my body to cool down haha I always try the full workout before uploading tho and make changes if I think it’s too much! try a flat pillow, doubling up your mat or even trying those ones on a bed!

Hi, I'm a MoCap performer and I gotta say you have some really useful and well rounded exercises on your channel. They are straightforward, not too complex and doable. Being in shape for an audition is a chore for me - I hate it - but those quick workouts at home are pretty cool. Especially since motion capture sessions are getting more and more demanding. PS. You almost saw me in the new Resident Evil 4 game as Leon :)

Still sticking to it, day 13 is done. I noticed I'm slowly getting stronger with the wall pilates exercises but couldn't keep up with the mat one reps. I had to pause in between and I managed to maybe do 6-7 reps instead of the usual 10. I hope it's still effective because I'm really trying but comparing to day one, I notice more strength during the wall pilates exercises as I said. So I guess I'm doing alright and hope I catch up with the mat exercises too.

yes absolutely! You're building noticeable strength in the muscles you use for wall pilates. I tried to include a taste of mat pilates in this challenge bc I offer a lot of other types of workouts on my challenge.. if you like it I have other challenges you can try!

I got a bit behind so trying to catch up. Is there a substitute move when we hover our knees over the ground? It really ached just above my knees on that move. Thanks for providing these workouts

For above the knees I would trying either bringing the arms further away or shifting your body forward more.. that will help you have less knee flexion which is likely the reason for the pain above there!

Great! I've noticed on some leg exercises my hamstring feels so tight and painful. Should i lower/raise my feet on the wall?

Usually lowering would help with hamstrings or coming closer towards the wall!
