Dash of pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg
2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree
1 Tablespoon brown sugar, maple syrup, or honey
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 Cup rolled oats
Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup
Two Chicken Breasts (browned on either side, and shredded when ready)

I have been journaling just doing a free write of everything on my mind or causing me problems since high school and it always helps me. I too struggle to get enough water from time to time I’ll get a good routine then I fall off. I love each time I watch your videos I feel so calm and peaceful not to mention I love fall ☺️

I've learned a lot about myself from journaling. I'm a very sensitive person, and I have lots of BIG feelings. I can sometimes be reactive and strong in one moment, and then change my feelings about something after I've had the chance to sit with it. It's been good to get it all out on paper

I was obsessed with Gilmore Girls. Back in the day there was no recording option. I would rush home from where ever I was to watch the new episodes. I would be so upset when I would miss an episode because we would have to wait for when ever there was a rerun to be able to see it. 😢

As you know I just turned 50, and skin care, or self care in general is very important. I ..(like you), started skin care at a young age. I always did facials, and Treatments even though none of my friends did..lol They all thought I was crazy. Now they all say they wish they had done it back when they were young too. Ive never watched Gilmore Girls, but you've mentioned a few times now, so maybe Ill check it out.

Thanks for sharing Rachel. You are so inspiring. I love your content. I just wanted to warn against opening your mind to too much elemental spiritual forces of this world. Sometimes meditating on that can negatively impact your spirit and open the door to demonic influences. Colossians 2:8. Also, yoga is poses to different gods and not just “stretches.” It can open the door to demonic influences and oppression in your life and in your home. Awww.. It was a beautiful home, but there were lots of reasons to move on from that home. Life changes, and things shift. It's a huge blessing to have a home that's completely paid off. We downsized, but I'm happy and content here in Tennessee. It's beautiful, peaceful, and a place for our family to grow long term.

Show centered around a mother/daughter relationship. Set in a small town that has all the cozy weather vibes. Summers are usually skipped. Winter and fall are beautiful sets, and everyone's wearing cozy clothes! Spring is there too, but I don't notice as much, haha! Its a very popular show to rewatch for people (in the fall!) Content is great too!

Thank you for mentioning the book's references to religion. So often it seems the general belief is that most people would or should be ok with that. I appreicate the acknowledgment that religion can be off-putting. That being said, I personally don't have any judgement to those who do have religious habits.

@@BrienneOfTarth5 Oh Interesting, well, I haven't had anything at all for about 4 years, but two weeks ago I had a moment and decided to get a super small amount in my forehead. I think it lifted my brows slightly, and I'm not loving the results tbh. Funny you noticed, because the girl who did it said it was such a small amount it wouldn't even do anything and I should "get much more"... 🙄 Was just curious where you noticed the change. It should be gone in about two months, and I don't have anything else in my face. A lot of people ask about filler in my cheeks, but I've never done that. I just have huge cheeks, and I'm noticing I'm aging and look kinda different these days. It's been a stressful few years. =( I'm trying to accept the changes, and take care of myself, but sometimes I get the urge to try something..
