RACIAL TENSION SHORT FILM

Racial Tension- is a film about a 15 year old dark African American girl Kelly (played by Alissa Smith) dealing with the everyday troubles of her skin complexion. She is faced with name calling and rejection from both light skin and dark skin African Americans due to her being the odd duckling born into a family of lighter siblings. With all the name calling her self esteem issues start to boil over and she decides to bleach her skin in order to fit in. See what happens when she goes to far and uses to much bleach.
