Some folks work a 35 to 40 hour week, and that's it. I don't think I EVER worked a short week like that! 2 to 3 "jobs plus self employed equals....yes, not much sleep!! You, Silas, fit the non-traditional mold. And that's what makes you and your adventure videos so cool!! Thanks!

Selling individual license plates sounds like a great idea!! I think signing them on the front would be the best to make them an addition to your merchandise. Also maybe look into a license plate frame with your logo printed on it.

Such a peaceful intro to the video. Pretty cool idea of signing old license plates as merch. As you become more youtube famous. Your autograph could be worth some $$$$ one day. Here is an idea for you. I have seen a few done, People also cut off the back halves of truck with the tailgate as wall hangers as well. They can be used on a porch as a bench that can fold up and down. I have see a couple turned into a fold away bar. I don't know, just throwing it out there.

Dawn over the junkyard! Crazy as this sounds, it is beautiful! Seriously, your vlog is fun to view! PS - read an article that Panasonic will start building Kansas battery plant next month to open in 2025. Pretty soon you’ll be an EV battery salvage expert! PS2 - having the gas filled house explode would have been bad news for the entire neighborhood ! PS3 - junk-o-lanterns rule! PS4 - Silas - purveyor of fine found art

EV batteries are insanely difficult and expensive (and dangerous) to recycle. I will not accept them at this point in time. I’m not sure what the future holds for the scrap car industry, but at this point it doesn’t look good.

Hi, Silas. I really enjoyed the video especially the music at the very beginning and when you were loading the windmills from that house. You seem to come across some really interesting stuff in your adventures. By the way there's a restaurant here in Evansville, Indiana that has on one outside wall several front ends from trucks and even a couple of cars. I have to wonder if they had bought those pieces from some of your buyers. All I can say is you are one busy man with so much to do it just makes me tired watching you work. Again, another great video. Take care of yourself, Silas and don't wear yourself out with too much work.

For such a serious guy, you are a real cut up. That is when it comes to the noses of those old trucks.. that old fiberglass VW conversion Hood, combine it with some old bug eyes and front part fenders and sell that for wall art. Maybe you can make it have an old MG look. Don't use Volkswagen headlights and use maybe some kind of Chrome headlight buckets on a chrome rod and bolt it to the each side of the hood. Just an idea maybe it might spare one of those old trucks from being cut up. Maybe you went to that big auction in Colorado and have some footage of it. Enjoyed your video. About shed a tear or two when he was cutting those old trucks up but they're so Rusty. The ones going to Kansas they might like to have license plates from other states on them.
