I have a white 2016 coupe with the following mods: -V2 Intake (eurocompulsion) -magna flow exhaust -eurocumpulsion stage 3 tune * I give gt3’s and 911 headaches in street racing! Night and day. Now I definitely need new tires!! You will enjoy the car a lot more

Hard to imagine a lot more power! Maybe someday! I need the intercooler right?

All you need now is a intake, front alignment blocks, and GMS rear control arms. Then this car will be a weapon! 🍀

I may or may not have some of those parts in the garage.

I can't believe how easy it was to swap out the ECU, this car just keeps getting better and better and making me want one more and more

OMG, have your passenger hold the camera!! I cringe every time you used your right hand to downshift! But, seriously, nice vid and great tune. I have the same in my spider.

HAHA! It is much better than when I do that type of stuff driving a manual! lol And thank you!

When i bought my 4C 5 years ago, I drove straight from the garage to Alfaworks for the ECU and front castor blocks. Didn't even go home in between 😂 By the way, i hope you are not holding the camera with your left hand! These cars demand both hands on the wheel at all times!
@TheAllAmericanDriver Жыл бұрын
Sounds like you did all the research and were well prepared! What have you done since then? Any other recommendations?
@davieman3443 Жыл бұрын
@@TheAllAmericanDriver in my opinion the weakest part of the car is the rear end. I have replaced the rubber bushes on the rear arms with metal bushes from GMS. I think Alfaworks also sell the arms complete with bushes installed. The result is a much more stable and predictable rear end with much higher apex speeds. Only downside is that the ride quality is poorer.

Tunes can make a huge difference on turbo Car. Good luck tomorrow on track!

They absolutely do!! Thanks!!!!

Other than sound difference compared to stock race exhaust.... negligible power difference. On track AND with an ECU a more efficient and larger intercooler will be a benefit. On street not needed as you only gain when prolonged full throttle where the intake temperature gets hotter and hotter. If you don't have it yet.... the uniballs in the rear lower triangle is a huge upgrade on track or autocross. Overall the stock car is well setup.... get a better alignment with more camber, better tires than the crap PZeros, and the uniballs and even with the stock ECU it is a rocket ship. Some more track oriented brake pads help also although for street you don't want them. You will find your car capable of out braking and cornering most cars including some serious supercars..... light weight is a huge advantage. On a tighter track they are great. On a long track that favors big hp and high speed they will lag on the straights but make it up on corners and braking. They are also a lot cheaper to run for consumables as a result of the light weight. They have been very reliable and bullet proof on track.

Add the powerflex bushing yet? Def a nice addition too! I recently snagged the GoPedal+ and love the throttle response/control it provides. Such a fun car. Great content, thanks man!
@TheAllAmericanDriver Жыл бұрын
I have not done the bushing yet. Thats the lower engine mount bushing right? Have you done it? Thoughts? Thanks for watching the channel!
@RenderJunky Жыл бұрын
@@TheAllAmericanDriver Yep the lower engine mount bushing. I did the yellow street version. Love it, helps smooth things out even more than the AW Stage 1 tune did. Cheap and relatively easy install too.

I'm having an issue with my new 4C, cannot maintain a steady speed around town. It throbs/chugs when I'm trying to feather the throttle and just maintain, say, 35mph. I have to upshift to third and lug the engine below 2K RPM to avoid the lunging. Does this smooth it out?

Do you just buy the ECU from Alfa Works and jut switch it to the stock one? Any other process?
@TheAllAmericanDriver Жыл бұрын
Yes, you can purchase the ECU directly from Alfa Works. I still have my stock ECU in case I need it for whatever reason. Very simple process. Night and day difference.
