Really like your Hatfield variations. Those helped me a lot. Do you do any direct calf work? Ssb bar calf raises (bent knee and straight) seem to helping me as well for sprints - could be placebo though ;p guess all the plyos and jumps cover that?

You should do some virtual races with Cody bidlow (aka athlete.x), I think he will push you to go faster since he’s a little faster

@@davidesquivias2299 possibly. He’s more of a pure track guy, where Will and I spend a lot more time focusing on strength in the weight room while also training sprints.
