I agree the housing looks great, black on black and it's one whole unit. How bright are they? Could you do a quick clip at night? Shine them down the drive way, and you could do a side by side with whitey to compare how much better they are than stock. 🙏

Do you know where to get a decent (not to expensive) dashboard. My husbands is cracked/obliterated like an m80 was taped to it. As well as a dome light. I know know I can just look it up, but wanted some personal input.

The best bang for the buck is 99 to 01 sport headlights (dual head light bulbs). Simple wiring upgrade and less then 150 for everything. The issue with those one peice headlights are that you can't adjust them. The factory style sport headlights you can

I looked them up. They are not user-friendly design. You need to drill a hole in the fender behind the battery to adjust the headlights, and probably have to remove the battery to make adjustments (in my case, 2 batteries for diesel)

Good headlights, recommend using clear silicone around the seal to seal it a bit better if you want them to last and not get moisture

How good is the aim just sticking them in? Are the lights adjustable without it rotating the entire housing? I put Spyder 1-piece units in my 1998 Ram and they are lousy. Adjusting the beam height causes the entire housing to rotate and results in large gaps around the edge, very tacky.

These look great but the light output is wonky I have the same ones but without the led strips and I used led bulbs and the light output is awful lol idk how to rectify it so fuck it I reckon I might just throw in some regular bulbs and see how they work

You are 100% correct. I hate how everyone is only concerned about how they look and never talk about actual performance (the one job the lights have is to let you see and drive safely at night). Most all of these aftermarket lights are chinese made and have extremely low performance when it comes to light distribution. But hey, don't they make the truck look cooool! Come on...someone out there has to have found a REAL top performing light that performs as good as it looks!
