The women were asked multiple times by the city council not to trap or feed the cats and that animal control was handling it.. And they were escorted off the property on multiple occasions. This time however they were stalling, continued to push the issue, and not leaving when clearly given the opportunity.. That's why they were arrested.. The elderly women should have taken it up again with the city council but instead they ignored repeated warnings.. Had it been the first or even second time and the police just arrested them,then I'd say shame on officers. The officers had a job to do and those women were given choices. The fault is their own..

@@larrysfarris What they are doing is being done all over the US. Yes people do trap, spay and rehome, as well as TNR (trap n release-they TRAP them, spay and neuter them and then re-release them). These two women are actually doing that city a favor-as you heard the officer say it's "a nuisance ." Spaying and neutering is costly. I don't understand why the officers don't give them resources to get in contact with to establish a TNR program with the city/county. A show of laziness or an "'i don't care" attitude-a direct reflection of the city, its government and Police Chief. Or poor training. The officer at 8:28 CLEARLY lacks training in DEESCALATION-he totally escalated it-he's a prime example as to why people hate cops. There was no need for him to speak to her with the tone, tenor and aggressiveness that he did., that was like bringing explosives to a water balloon fight.

I live in Palm Beach County Florida and it is totally legal to do this. If you bring the cats to Animal Control, theu will spay and neuter them for free, but I leave a donation. Then they are release in the same area where the person who brought them is legally required to be sure they are fed. I have save 19 cats so far and they live on my property and harm no one. They don't leave my propert because I feed them and they bother no one else in the neighborhood. Thoose two ladies are heroes and are treated like criminals. That city has it wrong.

My parents bought us four children one set of new clothes for school once a year, we were picked on, I was bullied and harassed very young but I never, I have never thought or wanted to take another life. My mother was not very maternal, she even admits that today at 89-yrs-old. Many time the defendant already knows what sentence they will receive before sentence day. There are forms & questions and they may even hold a hearing. I get why some defendants don’t look shocked or surprised at sentencing.

Girl I'm trans black and nerdy and geeky. And my mom was a very conservative southern Baptist woman. All that did was make me stronger and prepare me for adulthood when people would look at me with disgust and deny my existence and now I have the armor to just let it blow past me like a breeze, I don't even acknowledge the existence of hateful people sometimes that pisses them off more. It didn't make me want to remove a person from life. But it is kind of nice to think about when you finally take an interest in history and realize like man a lot of the groups who have gotten condemned it was either out of extreme hate or for really good reason but the church was just trying to condemn everybody It pushed so many groups into hiding as if we just still didn't exist and I'm mainly talking about queer people I'm not talking about all the weirdos bike groomers or whatever Just specifically late smaller groups whether it was religious or not that got persecuted because of the Abrahamic religions.
