Oven Grill Red Snapper Fish, Quick & Easy

This simple recipe of Oven Grill Fish is my go to, when I am tired but still wants something nice, it’s moist and flavorful!! Plus quick & Easy
Ingredients
2 Red Snapper (or fish of choice)
1 cup dice bell peppers
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp cajun seasoning
2 tsp jerk seasoning
1 tsp paprika
(Or use seasonings of your choice)
2 tbsp olive or cooking oil

Looks delicious will be giving this a try this Friday for fish day….did you have to flip the fish or you just let it cook

If it’s on a grill rack, let it cook It may need to flip its it not.. just so both side could have that slight crisp.. if you don’t mind both sides having a crisp.. just allow to cook
