I wanted to ask if we use platforms like Underscore and Bootstrap, will we be able to sell these themes on ThemeForest legally without any copyright clam for frameword / blueprint we are using or may be some license issues? I'm concerned about licensing. Also, where can we get a custom license for the themes we create

To be honest, I am not sure what the legal requirements are. There might be a blog post or a video somewhere that explains what you need to do. If the license of Underscores doesn't allow you to publish your theme, I am sure that there will be an alternative that you can use. You could even look into ThemeForest, maybe they have a checklist that can help

Unfortunately I don't have this one anymore. With elementor you'll need the entire website + database which I can't seem to find. It won't be too hard to replicate if you are familiar with elementor

No Elementor please. It's buggy and generates bloated code. I think it's good for marketers and SMM managers who don't know how to code and need quick low budget solutions.
